I wore this dress to an indoor evening wedding in October. The cut and style was very flattering and sexy, but still elegant. The fabric is pretty thin, but not see-through. I would suggest wearing spanx as it's pretty form fitting. The dress is very comfortable and easy to dance in. After reading the reviews I got a size 4 (what I typically wear) and a size 6 just in case. The size 6 had too much fabric in the back so I stuck with the 4. I would definitely rent this again!

I am typically a size 4, but according to the reviews the dress ran small so I ordered a size 6 and a size 8. The dress came a day late so when I finally got the dress at 1pm the day of my event and even the size 8 was too tight and uncomfortable, I didn't have time to pick a new dress and pick it up/exchange. I feel like I would have needed a size 10 or maybe even 12 with the tightness of this dress. A beautiful color and thick material, but it shows everything. I would definitely order this dress again so I could actually wear it as it's gorgeous, but will order 3 sizes up next time!

I ordered the size 4 and 6 as a back up and the size 6 fit perfectly. I have worn E&J before and they have fit me really well in the past. I wore my hair down so getting the criss cross straps on were not an issue for me, but I can see it being an issue if you get your hair done in an up do style. Be careful putting on the dress after you do your make up as it may get on the dress if you're not careful. The only con for me was that in pictures the dress looked like it was pulling or too tight in the hip area so it didn't lay down flat. I think a size 8 would have been too big for me, so I'm glad I went with the 6. It didn't feel too tight in the hip area so not sure why it was pulling like that. Other than that, I felt fabulous all night, got many compliments (even from the bride!) and loved the jewelry I paired with it. It was a great time indeed!

The earrings were longer than I expected, but still a great length and perfect amount of bling, but not too showy. Some women mentioned that they were heavy in previous reviews, but they weren't too heavy for me and I wore them from 2pm to midnight and my ears didn't hurt at all.

The only size they had for that weekend was a 4, which I typically wear a 4-6. It was comfortable because it was a stretch material. There was no issue zipping up the dress, however since it was a form fitted dress, I would have probably liked to have tried on the size 6 and had that option as well. I would actually love to purchase this dress so I could wear it again!
