I really wanted to like this... but I got asked what grade I taught when sending pictures to my friend for her opinion on this for an event. I think it's the length of the shirt that just threw me off! I think it would be cute for work though!

I think this runs large. I received it with tags still on so I know it hasn't been stretched from previous wearers. I like the sheer back and the color. It looks too big around the waist making me appear boxy. The neck was also very loose and the choker collar kept flipping inside of itself and needing to be readjusted.

The fit was great, I liked the low back detail with the strap. The skirt was a little weird to me. The length was kind of matronly and the wrap detail in the front of the skirt opens all the way up to your waist. I decided to return this and not wear it.

All of the other dresses I've received from RTR I have gotten larges and they were all too loose. So this time I decided to size down to the medium... big mistake! The zipper was extremely tough to get past the point where the material changes. Once I did get it past that tricky part my chest was squished looking and it was too tight in the waist to be comfortable. I was disappointed! Thank goodness I hadn't rented it for an occasion so it wasn't that big of a deal. The length was good for taller gals like me!
