Sized down and it was a winner!
Rented a small first which I had to use fashion tape to keep it from falling down then went down to an XS and it was perfect - no tape needed and fit great!

Not sure if that's the intended fit, but I'm normally a 2, rented a 4, and was pretty surprised by how little room there was.

It was a bit too baggy on me. I have a small waist and fuller hips, but may look better on someone that has more of a straight and narrow figure.

The Perfect Party Dress
I wore this to work and to a party. Lots of compliments! The material is great and the skirt poofs out just the right amount! The top could have been a bit smaller, but if you have a larger chest, it probably would fit more true to size.
