Usually wear a size 0 which they dont have and so I was nervous; other size 2's (38) fit big but this was the only dress in a 2 that actually fit my small frame so I would say it runs small, but is a nice dress, fit comfortably!

cut out area is a bit large if you have a small waist but the material is stretchy and forgiving. nice fabric, would fit great if the cut out was more form fitting as well

Granted I'm a smaller woman, in the top area it fit ok, but below the chest it was very big and not form fitting. Fabric is also thin so there's no structure to the dress. I will try size 0, instead of the 2, and see if it flatters better.
