Pretty, but not for me.
Gorgeous dress, but the style was not a great fit for me. It made me look more broad shouldered and de-emphasized my waist.

Fun concept!
I was sent a beautiful pair of earrings as my surprise, which would've worked perfectly with the dress, had I been able to wear it that night. Unfortunately, they didn't go with the dress I ended up wearing, so these were sent back.

Gorgeous, but didn't use
This was a beautiful clutch, and had I not been too sick to leave the house, I definitely would've taken this with me to the holiday party my husband's work was hosting!

I wanted to love this dress, but it was too small!
This dress was gorgeous, and I couldn't wait to get it off the hanger and try it on. Well, I'm glad I did a test-run the day before the event, because once I got it on, I knew I couldn't wear it for the wedding we were attending that night. Honestly, it was just too tight throughout - my chest was pushing the top, and it was so fitted in the hips, that I was worried I wouldn't be able to sit all night. Sadly, I had to return it without wearing it to the event, but the RTR staff was extremely helpful in getting it taken care of.

Perfect for my birthday dinner!
I wanted a fun, sparkly dress to wear at my birthday dinner, and this dress couldn't have been better! The navy color was beautiful, and I wore light gold heels and just a pair of drop earrings to bring it all together. Just enough cleavage to make my husband happy, but not so revealing that I was uncomfortable with my dad being there -- just felt beautiful and sexy all night, and got tons of compliments, even from total strangers!

Beautiful colors in the dress, but not the best fit
I LOVED the colors in this dress - bright, fun sequins that I hoped would work perfectly for my birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the fit of the dress was a little too snug around my hips/butt, and the cut of the dress just didn't flatter my curvy frame as I hoped.

Mad Men Engagement Shoot + This Dress = Perfect!
We did a Mad Men Engagement shoot, and this dress was the perfect thing for it! It runs a little small, especially if you are curvy in the bust and hips/butt. However, with some Spanx, I felt confident and ready to bring out my inner Joan. :)

Perfect Dress for Engagement Photos!
There are few opportunities I will ever have to wear a floor-length sequined dress. I decided for our engagement photos, I would make that one of them, and this dress was perfect! Definitely runs large - I sized down, and the length was perfect with some fancy Guess heels (I'm 5'11"). I could've worn a regular bra, but I didn't think about how deep the front would be, so I went without and was just fine (even with a 36DD chest).
