Straps are not adjustable and too short
I'm not sure why the straps on this dress are not adjustable and are an inch too short to wear.

It is a beautiful dress the florals on it were very spring. However, it is a little loose on the waist for me, since the fabric could stretch slightly, I would size down for a more fitting look!
