I wore this dress to Emcee a Holiday Show and it was the perfect red pop for the occasion.
A little snug in the top, but that is more my body than the dress. The fabric is beautiful in color and flow. The bright red was show stopping and I got tons of compliments. Great for folks like me that have a waist they can show off, but hips that don't need to be accentuated.

This is a beautiful dress. I did not end up wearing it for fit reasons that are specific to my body, but the fabric is gorgeous and the color is beautiful. I guess I would say that it runs a little small because I wore a 14 in the dress I ended up wearing and the 16 didn't quite fit right. Almost like the bottom half was tight across the hips but the top had too much fabric. Basically, I would have needed the top to be a 14 and the bottom to be a 16.

Worked for the occasion, but wasn't a stunner.
The gathers are in the right places to hide your stomach, which is always a plus, and I loved the wide lace sleeves. The shoulders/yoke of the dress were a bit wide and it made it look just a tad matronly. On the flip side of that, if you don't like to have "the girls" on display you will have to be better at tape and pinning than I was. I don't usually mind, but it was a work party and I even got some comments. (Nice, but you never want the one that becomes an HR violation... Ha!) Overall, a pretty black dress. Just not as stunning as other options.

Was my first choice, but didn't end up wearing...maybe not the best choice for fuller figure
The dress is beautiful, but it just didn't look like I expected it to. The photo shows gathering across the front, but there isn't really any, and the draping, on a larger body, just accents your hip in a not so great way. On a longer, leaner form, I would imagine it would create the hourglass instead of augmenting it, and be beautiful. Nothing really wrong with the dress, just not the right cut for my body shape.

Wore this dress to be the Emcee of a show. The fit was slightly small in that I typically wear a 16 and the 18 was my choice, but not excessively so. I did find myself adjusting the rouching (sp?) each time I stood up, but the dress was very comfortable. I had it on for two shows, so almost an entire day and I still didn't want to take it off when I was done. I did end up wearing a foundation garment, but even with my 38 D bust, I could have gotten away without wearing a bra if I wanted to. So many compliments...if I had a dollar for each one I could rent several more dresses. Speaking of...the customer service and entire process was so amazing that not only will I rent again, I already have another dress coming for my company holiday party this week!
