Cute maternity option!
Fit was great at six months pregnant. Wore the small and regular size would be small pre-maternity as well. At six months I'm around 150 and pre-pregnancy 135 for reference.

I am six months pregnant and the 2 was sooooo huge and very long. Would be cute with a belt when not pregnant but the sleeves are cut in a way that make it difficult to belt when pregnant. For reference, I am pre-pregnancy about 135 and currently close to 150. If you're renting for maternity or otherwise, size all the way down.

Wayyyy too small in the bust
Dress is beautiful but it is not for anyone larger than a B cup. I wore once but the chest was super snug which is weird because the rest of the dress is so roomy. Rented as maternity option at 6 months and had ample room for belly but squished chest. Looked odd without a cardigan. From the reviews, it looks like sizing up may not help. Larger size would probably still be snug up top and even roomier below. Would look good on tall and slender with smaller bust.

Loved this dress! Wore at 21 weeks pregnant. Only size available was a 4 which is my pre-pregnancy size and I was worried it would be too large based on other reviews but it was perfect. Very comfortable, great length. Definitely wouldn't size up or down for maternity but if I rented this otherwise would size down one.

Loved this dress for maternity option. Wore regular size at 20 weeks. Beware that it is very very sheer. Could not wear to work but was great for running around town in South Florida.

Nice maternity option
My pre-maternity size fit well at 21 weeks pregnant. Pre maternity weight is about 130 and I am at around 140-145 at the moment. Didn't end up wearing as it was a little too long and a little more formal than what I was looking for. Nice maternity option for a night wedding.

Comfortable and light for warm weather but not too bump friendly.
I ordered a 6 for extra room for my pregnant (5 months) belly but it was still tight around the belly and very loose in the bust. If I wasn't pregnant I think the 4 would have fit great. I can see where it would be very flattering and forgiving on someone who isn't pregnant.

Cute dress for a taller girl
Material is nice and light and fit nicely over my 5 month pregnant belly but the length was not flattering for me. Dress would look great on someone taller.

Dress is enormous! And I am almost 5 months pregnant.
Dress is beautiful but the waist was enormous even though I am 5 months pregnant. I had several INCHES of room in the waist and couldn't wear. Not sure if dress is stretched out or just runs big. I ordered a M and I usually wear a 4-6.
