Based on bust measurement I went with a 12 even though I am typically a 10. I for sure should have stuck with the 10! It was a lovely dress that felt well made and elegant but the fit was simply too big. It does flair out a bit if you have big hips, a different fit than the model but still lovely.

Following other reviews I did size down. It was very cute and worked perfectly for the late fall outdoor wedding I attended. The back was a little tricky to keep up at the shoulders but I found it wasn’t that annoying during the night, I just had to use good posture. I was able to wear a low backed bra and spanx that you couldn’t see under the dress! I wore a 2 1/2 inch heel but could have gone lower or higher and felt good.
