Frilly and feminine
I'm a true size 4 but based on the reviews I went with a medium- it was a bit big - not sure if I would have been better with a small. There are enough ruffles and a belt though that it's safer to size up

Pants fit small - size up
I'm a solid 4 in most pants - long legs and a smaller bum. There is no way I could have fit in a 4 - a 6 was perfect so size up.

Order up - especially if you are tall and/or have a full bust. I usually wear a 4 in about everything but ordered an 8 and it was perfect. Couldn't imagine what the 4 would have been!
