Other reviewers said the straps don't offer much (any) support, and they're right. The dress is backless so the straps loop under the arm and reattach at the front/side of the dress. I found this uncomfortable, and it also makes it impossible to get my girls tucked in and secure. I'd planned to wear this with a jacket, but I couldn't get the dress to work at all. Bummer.
