Very comfortable, highlights the shoulders and legs. Bra can be tricky so expect to wear petals or a sticky bra on the front only (wouldn't recommend for a larger chested gal). Beautiful, bright color and ethereal feel... Due to the delicate material, there could be snags or slight staining towards the bottom of the long hem; however, it wasn't noticeable. Overall, lovely sunny day dress!

The fabric is more of a stretchy, woven knit, as opposed to a neoprene, which is what I originally thought it was (judging by the photos)! The cut is extremely flattering to the shoulders and waist, while forgiving around the lower midsection and hips due to the a-line skirt. I would recommend for any time of year, cocktail parties, weddings, and work events. Bra is optional, as the bodice has a bit of structure. Fits true to size. Overall, loved this dress and love Issa!

Beautiful color, a bit more snug than expected- might want to wear spanx around waist, because it shows all! Quality fabric with lots of give, so not too bad in that sense. No need for much jewelry, as the geometric cut adds enough interest. Wear hair up to show off shoulders- I made a mistake and wore it down. No bra needed, but wore a sticky for extra coverage. A little tight around the bottom, so you can't take long strides! Great for a cocktail party or less traditional wedding.

Very slim fitting, nude slip with a gorgeous, black lace overlay that is an entirely separate piece. The lace "dress" stays put even when the slip rides up a bit (which would be my only complaint). Very classic look with a bit of sex appeal, especially if you add contemporary accessories and a platform heel. Although the dress is of sufficient length, tall girls should be aware that it is TIGHT all the way around and you may feel self-conscious in a conservative setting.

Despite the rave reviews, I found this dress to be a bit too constricting for my taste. It tended to ride up and I couldn't raise my arms without the off-the-shoulder straps going awry (a problem on the dance floor!). This would be a great dress for a cocktail party or date night, just not for a long, active event, such as a wedding. The dress is very slim with no zip (it goes over your head, so watch your make up!). Very flattering and fit like a glove- almost like a wet suit! It definitely brings out your best figure features.

Gorgeous, easy to wear, maxi dress. The cut is very well-constructed and has a heaviness to it that feels great on. I received numerous compliments throughout the night. Would be great with a silver or gold, chunky bracelet or cuff. If you are looking for a distinctive dress that can be worn to a cocktail party, fundraising event, or wedding, this it it! I will definitely be swayed by additional Milly options offered by RTR in the future.

I cannot tell you how much I loved this dress. Perfectly flattering, comfortable, and incredibly sexy. My husband exclaimed, "Ohhh, geez! Now THAT is a hot dress" when he walked into the room. Haha. Unfortunately, I ordered the dress in turquoise and due to a warehouse snafu, only the red was available. Suffice it to say, the red was a bit too spicy for a wedding, so I went with another dress that RTR overnighted to me (very quickly and in two sizes, I might add- wonderful customer service). I had no issue with the side of the dress revealing too much as others have mentioned-- you can tighten or loosen the halter as you please. It is a bit short in the front, but not enough to be distasteful. I fairly certain I will be re-ordering this dress for my first anniversary or Valentine's Day.

This dress was beautiful- short, but flowy in all of the right places. I loved the tie at the waist and the sheer ruffle-overlay that drapes over the back of the dress. Perfect for spring, summer, or late summer cocktail party or wedding. I am fair-skinned with light brown/blonde hair and the color was a nice persimmon/coral-- very flattering.

Absolutely loved this dress. RTR allowed me to select two alternate dresses when the dress I had originally chosen was out of stock in my specified color, so I ended up choosing this Elizabeth and James frock for a California wedding at a vineyard in June. The dress is extremely comfortable due to the natural waist and tie, which gives it shape. I had no trouble with the straps falling down; however, I am taller than the average person. I would recommend this dress for smaller busted women as you really don't have to wear a bra with it. BUT, a bra in a dark nude color could hide under the straps. My only issue was with the length in the back-- I wore 3" heels and it still had a bit of a train. I was able to dance in it all night without any problems though! Maybe it was all that twirling...
