I received so many compliments on the dress!
Runs true to size, if not a little large. I wore a strapless bra, which means I could have gone down a size, as it slipped once that was on; or even have gone braless. The length is just at the ground, as other reviews stated - so I wore little kitten heels. The dress has more goldish tones at the bottom, that doesn't show up in the images. One of the compliments was from a woman from Denmark that was telling me about the Hans Christian Andersen 'Little Mermaid' story and that my dress reminded her of that. :)

They are quality, beautiful specs. I am so tempted to buy them! The case is great too - leather zip up, with compartments for lipstick, credit cards, etc. if you so desire. It's going to be hard to send these back! <3

It is GORGEOUS! I wanted to wear it, but the stride was just a bit too short for me.
It would've looked great with my white, tailored suit coat over. However, I have a longer torso and round bum, so it was just a smidge too short for me to wear comfortably all day. If I had more time, I would have seen if I could've ordered a 14L or 16R, if available.

Wore this to a pre-screening dinner at Sundance. I dressed it down w/ a short jean jacket & Fluevogs
Fit snugly but well. I loved the skirt - just enough 'poof' but light. Made me feel a bit of early 80's spunk - like Madonna's Lucky Star video. I wore black, funky heels from John Fluevog, along with a faded, cropped jean jacket when I got cold. Most everyone else was in jeans and t-shirts, a few of us 'dressed up,' however I loved it and felt great. It's great getting "dressed for dinner."

I wore this while I was at Sundance in UT. It was great for an afternoon outside at the Owl Bar.
The cotton bodice is thick, so it provides some structure, while remaining comfortable. You don't have to worry about your bra showing through or belly buttons showing. :) It is long enough to not be too flashy, and yet give you lots of air on a hot day. It's cute and unique, and just generally adorable.

Got tons of compliments :) The color is so pretty. I dressed it down with silver Cole Haan loafers
I thought since I am a 12/14 that the 14W would be fine. It was too large (I should have known better - user error :) ). I wore a dark blue cardigan over it, buttoned, to show my body shape better. Fabric is great. It's a great dress for a summer day. Length is just at knee, so it is modest enough for work situations. I recommend it!
