The shoulders fit well, and the off-the-shoulder look was great. However, the sleeves are way too long if you have a petite frame.

Wanted to love this sweater. Fell in love with the print. The weight of the fabric was nice and warm and the cropped length was short, but not too short. The fit problems for me came with the sleeve length, which definitely too short. I think if you have long arms or broader shoulders, size up. Otherwise, I would have definitely bought this.

Definitely one of my 'casual fun' rentals. Was a hit with bicoastal transplant crowds. The cropped sweatshirt vibe is definitely on trend, but I wish the 'CALI YORK' was embroidered for a more authentic feed, and not an iron-on. After a few runs through the RTR cleaners, the letters are showing slight signs of wear. That said, this is a super fun top that was true to size and the fabric was definitely a heavier weight/higher quality weave than your standard college sweats.

This fit like a dream. The ruching at the body and hips are very forgiving. You can dress this up or down since it's pretty much a blank slate. Rented this dress for a day date. The color is not quite navy, just a shade lighter. Loved the cape and bow detail - it wasn't overpowering - but it made for wearing a coat a little tricky. I would suggest a cape. You feel like you walked off a Mad Men set wearing this. I have wide shoulders for my height and size and felt that this dress was perfect. Weight of the fabric was substantial but not overly heavy and the tailoring on this dress is superb. Would definitely rent again!

I came across this dress at the San Francisco store. I was skeptical at first, but Monica convinced me to give a try. Ended up being one of my best rentals ever! Wore this to a summer outdoor wedding at a vineyard. I am 5'0" - so the dress was floor-length for me with platform heels, but still looked really great! Loved the crisscross back straps and it was so incredibly comfortable. The dress did get a bit wrinkly in transit, so would recommend a quick steam or iron before your event. Also take some time and make sure the sash sits in the right spot on your hips. A preppy-fun dress! Pockets were a huge plus.

Wore this to a very festive and colorful wedding - the dress was form fitting without being too revealing. The length was just right for a formal affair and didn't ride up when I walked. I would recommend sizing down for your backup size. I tried on the medium at the Soho boutique (the only size on hand at the time), ordered the small, and ended up having the XS size overnighted to my hotel. A stunning dress that I would definitely rent again!

Rented these bracelets with a dress for a wedding. Unfortunately, I decided on another dress that I did not rent to RTR, but these bracelets were a knockout. They had a great weight and detail that finished off my look. I wish I could have kept these. The detail is exquisite!! Highly recommended if you're looking for that final BLING touch to finish your look.

Wore this to a formal dinner. Great modern cut! The dress is a bit heavier than I expected fabric-wise, but it fit like a glove. Well constructed to the point where it feels like it has built-in Spanx - even after a cocktail hour and 5-course dinner! It was a bit on the longer side on me (I am 5'0") but it works! I would not recommend this to those with a larger bust, as it might feel a bit tight.
