I ordered this to wear for some business headshots. Although it fit alright, somehow it just didn't look great on me, so I didn't feel good (or confident) wearing it. It wasn't all that flattering. I thought it would be more interesting in person, but it was just OK. I'd probably wear it to work but it's not special-event worthy.

There is no way I am an XS but I fit nicely into this dress, and it hugged/accentuated all the right places. I am pretty much a size 6 and should have been in a small or even medium size but this was the only size they had at the Vegas location when I went in to replace an outfit that totally didn't work. I bypassed it twice because it was in the XS section but when I finally picked it out it seemed to be a size I could fit in. When I tried it on, it was an instant "yes." I added my own belt because it seemed to need something in the middle but other than that the dress was perfect for a business-related night out in Vegas.

The dress was a bit tight to get into, but in the end it fit great. It was a bit long as I wore flats (outdoor wedding in a hilly rural area on grass) but that was expected. The material and the lining felt a bit cheap, and the lining kept catching on my sandal straps (which weren't spiky or anything) when I walked. As with some other designer dresses, you'll need help doing up that back strap, unless you are freakishly flexible and double-jointed.

I loved this dress, I loved wearing it. I got lots of compliments, which is always nice. This little Hervé strapless number was really flattering but wearing a bra definitely made me look better in it. If you don't wear a bra (and you have natural breasts) you just can't get that same lift from the dress alone. This is a dress that you have to have someone help you with. You cannot do it up by yourself unless you turn it around and do it up from the front. There is an under-strap (with a bra hook-like closure) that has to be done up first, then a zipper, then 3 hooks. So this dress stays on pretty well, although you do need to pull it up slightly every once in a while. Because it is pretty form-fitting, it will show bra underwire and any curves/bumps going on underneath it, but to me that's not a big deal. And major kudos to RTR for upgrading my order and expediting this dress to me in Vegas, after my original choice became unavailable after the cleaners discovered it was damaged. I sang the praises of RTR all night! :)

Well, it looks great on the model, but looked terrible and did not fit on me. I have medium-dark skin and unfortunately the color wasn't flattering. But the more important issue was that I ordered my size and one smaller and my size was too snug. And since it's also very sheer (see-through) you could pretty much see everything. I had to find something else to wear and returned the dress the same day I received it.
