First, I must say the customer service at RTR is second to none! The back up size of my initial rental could not be sent, so they sent me 2 other back up dresses in my back up size! They chose 2 of my heart gowns and just sent them without any interaction with me on the front end. All at no charge! That is really above and beyond! I wore my first choice, but this gown is gorgeous and fits like a glove. I normally wear a 2, but would not have been able to in this dress. Very snug for a 4 on me. Tulle is beautiful but must be steamed before wear.

Overall the gown is gorgeous. However, the material did not lay correctly on my right hip.Possibly repaired? I expected a bit more for a $200 rental. But, it was very comfortable and the sweetheart neckline fringe is quality. The fit was great through the body, but the bodice/top was a challenge to zip. I'm a 34B, so I don't normally have trouble in the chest with a size 2 dress. Would only rent again if I received a different dress than this particular one. I loved the dress overall but just needed some tweaks. Love this designer! Very unique!

They did not have a bit of a taupe/golden undertone, which I was expecting. But they are gorgeous! Just enough green undertone to bring out green and hazel eyes with a great red lipstick. Would definitely rent again!
