First time trying J Brand jeans and I'm in love. Fabric is super soft, stretchy, and comfortable. Rented for postpartum wear. Normally I'm a 0 in jeans. I rented the 25 and they were too loose - kept having to pull them up throughout the day. Would definitely rent again in a smaller size.

Fabric is soft and heavy. Loved the color. Boxy fit was a bit overwhelming on my frame (I'm 5'1"), but I still wore it because it was comfortable; it looked better when I wore heels. The loose bell sleeves made it difficult to wear a normal jacket without stretch in the sleeves.

I liked the style and design, but tried the XS (my normal size) and was swimming in it. Know the fit is supposed to be more relaxed, but it was so large on me that it looked very frumpy and unflattering. This would probably look good on a much taller person/frame. The fabric is a thick but scratchy wool, so even if it had fit, not sure I would have worn it for comfort reasons.

Usually a 2R or 4P, but ordered 4R and 6P based on reviews and availability. 4R was a bit tight and was very long on my petite frame; 6P was a little big in the torso but length and proportions were better so went with the 6P. I think 4P would have been perfect. Wearing this 10 weeks postpartum and, while figure-hugging, the thicker material feels great and is flattering. The front isn't exciting but looks classy and the back is a nice surprise touch. Would definitely recommend.

Dress is gorgeous - loved the style and color - but the torso in the regular size was too long on my petite frame so ended up going with another dress (the petite size wasn't available for my dates). Otherwise was very flattering. Would definitely order again in petite for a future event.

I liked the dress and got several compliments throughout the night. Ordered a 4P and 2R since they were all out of 2P. The 4P and 2R seemed to be the same exact length; wore 3.5" heels and used fashion tape to hem slightly in the front. I actually liked the fit of the 2R more than the 4P even though I'm petite (5'1"). The 2R was slightly smaller in the torso. I'm not sure if it was just because of wear and tear, but the 4P's neckline hit slightly lower than the 2R's, and the lace on the 4P had definitely seen better days--it felt stretched out and the cap sleeves were floppy and misshapen. However, I ended up wearing the 4P just to have a little extra room for drinking and eating, and taped the sleeves to make them look more like a thick strap, which worked well. Overall, the 2R and 4P looked the same on, just a difference in feel.
