This dress is a very classic looking and feeling dress - very 1950's. I wore if for a summer wedding and was a bit scared from reading the other reviews that it might be too hot and heavy because the fabric is a bit thicker. I didn't have a single problem! The silky, inside lining made if feel very cool. The black fabric has little bits of gold throughout - very classy. The dress worked really well with my small chest - made it look like I actually more than I do! Great rental!

This dress fits true to size- sometimes the photographs made the dress look pinkish, but it really is more of a pretty purple. I'm 5'6 and 32A cup size - and the zero fit perfectly- actually gave me more if a shape than I actually have! The skirt was fun to dance in and the silk inside lining felt really comfortable to wear.

This dress is fabulous! I wore this to a formal wedding and got compliments all night long. This dress is incredibly well structured with the boning in the bust section and the multi-layer look. This dress is even more of a cranberry color than it looks online. It is a great length, without being too short. For a girl with a small bust line, the layers and boning make it look like you have a little more than you have - which is awesome. This is a great dress.
