I loved wearing this dress to my work holiday party. It fit beautifully in either size, but I sized up for a more comfortable, but still snug, fit. I was concerned that the deep V and the high slit in the skirt would be a bit much for a work function, but the mesh in the neckline made it seem a bit more modest. I did have to watch the slit in the dress a bit throughout the night and made sure to pull it down when it started to creep up too high.

The color is beautiful and the ties (not adjustable) on the straps and flair at the bottom are lovely details. Seam above the ruffle is not stretchy. The 4 was tight and didn’t hide that I'd squeezed myself into it. I think the skirt would have fit well in the 6, but I would have needed a padded bra to fill out the top. This dress was my backup and I decided to wear my first choice instead (the Likely Brooklyn dress which fit perfectly in a 4) but I would order the 6 of this dress in the future.

This was a great option for an outdoor wedding where the dress code was ‘look good, feel good.’ I’m about 40” around my hips, have a 27” waist and am a 34A up top. I’m 5’5” and the dress hit right below the knee. The 4 fit me perfectly everywhere without looking like I squeezed into it. I loved how the straps are sewn in close to the zipper at the back which kept them from sliding off while dancing. I felt confident AND comfortable, which is a win-win in my book.

This romper is perfect. It's a shame you can't see more of the details in the photo, but the two panels in front really elevate this from being just a basic, black romper. I have a long torso and this fit great. It's the tiniest bit of a challenge to get in and out of it without help, but I managed fine in the end. Material isn't particularly breathable, so it was warm at times. Wore this with dark green suede pumps and a gold pendant necklace.

While this dress is a minimal style, it's still bold and easy to build on with the right accessories. The dress is form-fitting, so I found Spanx to be essential (I found that the ones that rise to the bust worked best as the dress gave away those that only rose to my waist). There's a zipper on the shoulder since the neck doesn't stretch, but it's not as noticeable as I thought it would be. The openings for the arms looked like they'd been stretched out a bit, so my bra was barely visible from the side. Might be a problem for someone with a larger cup size, but it was fine for me. I rented this dress along with the Clare V. Black Floral Circle Clutch.

Would love to have kept this jumpsuit. The colors and pattern are bold without being too loud and the deep neckline and draping across the front come off very elegantly. I have a big butt (40" at my widest point) and a long torso (25" from center of clavicle to crotch) so I was nervous that this jumpsuit wouldn't work out, but apart from being ever so slightly snug in the crotch, it could not have fit more perfectly. Garment tape is a must and, yes, the ankles are tight, but it worked out great for me.

I knew this was a risky rent so I wasn't surprised when neither size worked out. I was a little concerned with this RTR because I have a big ol' booty (about 40" at my widest point) and small chest (34A). The small was tight around my butt and hips, but not terribly so. I was comfortable sitting in it, so I figured that passed the test. The top needed garment tape to keep from exposing myself and I wore an adhesive bra which I didn't clasp in the center. It was a great piece for the dress I rented (BCBGMAXAZRIA Cobalt Oblique Dress). It had just the right amount of black to make an all-black shoe choice make sense. This particular dress was a perfect fit. I have wide hips and a big bum, so I was nervous to try a style that looked more form fitting, but it fit great around those areas without feeling too tight. My only complaint is that the lining inside the dress kept riding up and creating a crease across my bum that you could see through the dress. A little annoying when you've gone to great lengths to hide those panty lines. I have a small upper torso and that was accommodated very well in this dress too. Overall, the dress seems like it would suit a number of body types: larger bust, smaller hips... and you can for sure expect to get some great compliments. I wore this dress with the Kate Spade Fame and Flowers Necklace, also available through RTR.
