The dress was beautiful and high quality. It is true to size but the fabric has no give. I agree with other reviews, the arms are quite tight and restricts your movement, and the dress overall isn't the most comfortable.

The fit runs large, I normally wear a 4, and I wore a 2r in this dress, i ordered a 2p but got a regular 2, it worked out okay, I still could have used the petite as this was long. I got many compliments and it is light and airy which makes it a great dress for any summer formal event.

I am more on the petite side, I rented a 4 and a 2, as this is pretty loose on the hips I was able to go with the 2 and it was perfect. There is a lot of material so I found it looked better cinched at the waist. The only down side was that the dress did not come with the original waist tie so I used a simple brown belt which worked fine. Very flowy and easy to dance in, not a show stopper but a nice rental for a wedding guest.
