For such an expensive dress, had very high expectations on the quality and fit. The neckline seems to be tight and lay higher than expected. The added strings tied in the back were a nice design, but didn't help alleviate the tight neckline. It's very forgiving at the waist/hip area, but fits true to size in the bust/rib area. I'd say it's true to size. Probably won't rent again.

Was surprised with how thick the material was (think luxurious curtain drapes). It was form fitting in all the right places and no bra needed! If you are a size 34C or larger, would recommend sizing up or it'll likely be tight in the chest area.

Pretty light and fun dress yet has enough layers to not make it see-thru. Would size down since it's pretty big on top. I normally wear M, but the S would've been perfect. Make a great maternity dress given where the seam hits right under the breast.

Thanks to all of those earlier reviews that warned to size up and go for the long if you are taller than 5'6"! I typically wear a 6R, but ended up with the 8L. This dress didn't have the weird bow on the collar, but not sure you have a say. I personally think it looks better without! Received compliments all night and looking for reasons to rent this dress again!!
