I am 5'2", 120 lbs and ordered size 2R and 4R. I thought the 4R fit great (with 4.25" heels) except when I looked in the mirror I noticed that the cutouts were so tight (underwire structure)that they were pushing up all the skin in the open holes. Very unattractive, didn't end up wearing it. Maybe I'm just too fat for the dress but it would appear that you would have to be quite thin to pull it off. Had they just used stretchy material or pretty much any other material around the cutouts would have allowed the dress to be perfect. The structure in the rest of the dress gave great curves and was extremely flattering.

The size 2R was way too tight in the chest and about 6 inches too long even with 5 inch heels. It was great material and looked very nice though. I would recommend it, although if you are short just beware!
