Loved this dress! It's fun and bright AND it really isn't too over the top in person. I rented this for a wedding, but didn't end up wearing (the wedding attendees were going to be a more traditional crowd) - but I would definitely consider renting again! Giving it 4 stars because the fabric is pretty thin, so it doesn't feel *that* expensive and definitely needs to be steamed on arrival. I thought it ran a little small - I'm normally a 4-6 in dresses and would've worn the Large in this.

Rented this for a May wedding and wasn't sure about the color/pattern, but it looks so beautiful (and expensive) in person! You definitely could wear it to a black tie event - it can be easily dressed up or down. Also didn't need to steam it when it arrived; the fabric is so easy! I ordered sizes 4 and 6 and ended up wearing the 6. If you have hips or a booty, you may want to size up - but overall I thought it fit pretty true to size. I'm 5'10" and it was a perfect length.
