This dress was a beautiful fabric and flattering, forgiving fit. I'm a mom, and this dress beat out my backup option due to the relaxed fit (#nospanx). The detailed, brocade fabric was gorgeous in person and received several compliments throughout the evening! It was a great choice for a fall wedding.

I had ordered another dress that I had my heart set on for my rehearsal dinner, but the fit with my first choice dress was all wrong. I ordered this as my back up, and I'm so happy I did, because it turned out perfectly! We had a mid-November wedding, but the weather the night before was warm enough to wear this dress, and I paired it with gold heels and a gold clutch and earrings. I wore a strapless bra, but I was glad not to have to wear any Spanx because the waist and skirt were very forgiving.

This dress was beautiful and very flattering, although I do suggest Spanx, because the material under the lace can bunch and pucker easily. I intended to wear this to a summer wedding, but I found out that the bridesmaids were wearing the exact same color, so I ended up wearing it to the rehearsal dinner instead. It was probably too formal for the rehearsal, but I still loved it!

I absolutely love Kate Spade, but having a larger chest, I always have difficulty with her dresses in the top. Others had said that this dress was extremely loose in the chest area, but I also have broad shoulders, so with the high neckline, unforgiving fabric, and the short straps in the back, it felt a little constricting. It was a beautiful dress though, and I love the bow detail in the back. I paired it with a yellow and blue statement necklace and yellow heels for a pop of color.

I was surprised when I opened the package for this necklace. The jewel part was a bit larger than I expected, but the chain is fairly short-- almost like a choker. That said, I had a high-neckline on my dress, so this worked perfectly. I got tons of compliments on the necklace, and it paired nicely with some yellow heels to add a pop of color to the navy dress.

I loved these earrings, they were classy and an elegant touch to my gold wedding accessories, and served as my "something borrowed." I wore them with the Star Light Star Bright Bracelet. The only issue I had is that the earrings would get tangled and twisted around while we were taking pictures, and especially while dancing. I rented this dress in a size Medium for my rehearsal dinner, and while it fit just fine, it did not flatter me at all. I have a larger bust size, and I had hoped that the bandage material on top would hold everything in, but instead it was sort of stiff and awkward- not the slimming spandex material I was hoping for. The waistline where the chiffon skirt attaches to the top also poofed out more than it looks on the model, which gave the appearance I was wider at the waist than I actually am. Fortunately I had a great backup dress that I loved!

I ordered the 8 and a 6 in this dress and the Mark & James Mini Sequin Pixie Dress as my backup for sparkle night at my bachelorette party. This dress was beautiful, but it ran a bit small- especially for me in the chest area, so I went with the sequin mini instead. The hardest part was really just getting the zipper up over the seams at the waist area, but after zipping it up, the 8 wasn't actually tight at all and it was comfortable. But since I liked the other dress better, fortunately, my cousin is smaller than I am and was able to fit in the 6 and wear it out for our sparkle celebration in New Orleans! (She is pictured here) We got so many compliments and several of the other members of our group used RTR, it was wonderful. This would be a perfect dress for a New Years party- it's classy and not too short compared to some of the other sequin dresses we had in our party.

This was my backup dress in a size medium and it was fantastic! I didn't even have to wear spanxx The sequins gave it enough weight to hold you in without feeling constricted whatsoever, and the sleeves were great. All my other girls said their underarms were scratched up by the end of the night from the sequin dresses they wore, but I didn't have any problems with that thanks to the sleeves! At 5'6" the length was short and sexy, but not so much that I felt uncomfortable sitting or dancing. Plus, my cousin got to wear my original order (the Badgley Mischka DaCruz Shimmer Mini) shown in the second pic!

Loved this dress! I received both the 6 and the 8, and while the 6 fit okay, I was worried about the lace sleeves being too constricting for dancing comfortably, so I went with the roomier 8. I was surprised to find that the dress was more of a pencil skirt fit than A-line (as it appears on the model). The color was a beautiful teal blue, and I got lots of compliments on the lace. I did find that after sitting and dancing , the lace overlay would ride up higher than the slip part underneath, and I had to keep pulling it back down.

I wore this to a holiday/engagement party and received several compliments and positive comments about the dress. It is a beautiful green (a bit darker than it looks in this picture), and a nice satin fabric, appropriate for a dressier occasion. I ordered the 8 and the 10 (probably would have gotten the 6 instead of the 10, but they were out and that ended up working out for the best). The 8 fit much better in the top because I have a larger chest, but it was a little bit snug in the hips. The 10 was loose all over though so I went with the 8 and it was a comfortable fit. It has a strap inside to secure the top, and the zipper in the back is gold and goes all the way down your back. A great dress and fantastic overall experience for my first RTR rental!
