This dress is sincerely so flattering. I could eat whatever I wanted without worrying about a tummy bulge, and could dance all night with no fear of a wardrobe malfunction. The fabric is also relatively thick/heavy, so it was perfect for an outdoor spring wedding on a windy day. I’m a true XS and a lot of times even XS will run big on me, but this was perfect sizing. Just make sure to put it on BEFORE doing hair and makeup since there is no zipper!

The dress itself is very pretty; however , something about the cut and fit was just off. It's hard to tell from the model, but the way the extra fabric at the chest naturally falls makes the waist line also look asymmetrical (you can see it a bit in my picture). And I will second the comment of other reviewers that there's actually a big gap there, too, that required quite a bit of fashion tape, and made me very self-conscious most of the event. The fabric has zero give in the hips but too much room at the ribs and the things. Overall, not my favorite rental personally, but I did get many compliments on it.

Oh my gawd y'all, this dress was a HIT. It's classic with a twist, classy, and beautiful. I got sooo many compliments all night. I rented black and gold Kendra Scott earrings, and a Gorjana bracelet as accessories. The only reason I am not giving this dress five stars is that the top was a tiny bit large, resulting in some gapping and strap-slipping, but overall the fit was good. I'll start out by saying that this is usually not my style. I go for the fit and flare type of dress, but wanted to try something different. I am so glad I did! It was flowy and romantic and I could eat without fear of a food baby. Other reviewers have said it but it bears repeating. The back of the dress is stunning...and also pretty tight at the clasp above the zipper. If I had sized up the dress would've fallen off, so I didn't use the clasp and it was fine. From the photos, I thought the dress would be a little younger/more form-fitting, but the V is not as deep as it is in the picture, and something about the fabric and the ruching/overlay in the middle gives an illusion of a thicker waist. So the end-result looked rather boxy, which is not desirable at all. Also, I'm 5'9", and I usually wear a 2/4, so the XSmall fit better in the body than did the Small, but it was super short. Unfortunately, this is probably my least favorite dress I've rented, but I received it a day too late (my fault - we were traveling), so I did not even try to send it back for account credit.

It rode up when I was doing anything other than standing, and it was really tight at the bottom, but loose at the top. It's beautiful, but the fit is not great. I think it would fit better for someone who is shorter, and who also has more of a bust to fill out the top.

The colors and fabrics are beautiful and unique, and the pattern is eye-catching, but it has an odd fit. I would say that if you are 5'5" and under, and somewhat busty, this would be a great dress for you. But, as I'm 5'9" and relatively straight up and down, I had a hard time with the fit. It was pretty baggy (even with a size 2), but if I sized down to a 0, it would have been the length of a t-shirt. It could be that I was expecting more of a body-con fit, so if you're going for a looser look, then I would say go for it!

I wore this for my stock the bar wedding shower, and felt comfortable the entire time. Even when everyone else changed into "comfy" clothes, I stayed in my dress and heels. I did not need spanx or tights, even though it was cold outside and the dress is form-fitting. Normally I have some sort of caution about some part of the dress, but with this one, I have nothing. I wore this to an outdoor wedding where the temp was over 105 degrees. It was very light-weight, and did not show sweat, which was ideal. It also has some stretch, so I did not feel like a sausage in it. I paired it with nude wedges and a nude skinny belt at the waist. One thing though: it wrinkles easily, so I had to iron it very well before the event.

I wore this for an 11 AM wedding, and it was right on target. It's beautiful and interesting without being too look-at-me, look-at-me. Also, the blue detailing + the stretch of the fabric give you a beautiful hourglass shape. DEFINITELY recommend this dress!

At first I was a little intimidated by the snake print, but in person, it's so fun! It's fairly long (I'm 5'9 and it hit an inch or two above my knee), so that takes the raciness down a bit. Beautiful dress, and it's easy to dress up or down, depending on the occasion. It has some stretch, so if you're bustier or have hips, you'll be fine with your normal size. My only word of caution is to the tall girls with hips and/or a long torso. I felt that the proportions were a liiiiittle teeny bit off, as the bottom of the lace portion did not hit me at the hips, it hit a little above. The dress also rides up a bit, so I did find myself tugging it down a few times to keep the proportions (and my dignity) in tact . Other than that, I definitely recommend!!

Let me just preface this with the comment that I LOVE this dress. It's super cute, and would have been perfect for my friend's 11 AM wedding. I am normally a size 2, but get a back up size 4, just in case. The 4 in this dress was not available, but I wasn't concerned since it looks like the dress has a little stretch. When I got the dress and tried it on, I had to double check the tag to make sure it was a 2 and not a 0. I couldn't even WALK, it was so tight. You could see the outline of my ribs through the dress. Not cute. So, if you're planning to rent, make sure you get you definitely go larger with your back up size!

This dress is absolutely stunning. It flows when you walk, the color is amazing, and the detailing is subdued but intricate. I paired it with Nicole Miller's Star Light Star Bright necklace, and received tons of compliments on both. I got the Long, but wore it with 3 in heels (which was perfect), so if you are tall, and don't like wearing heels, the Regular will probably work for you. Also, if you are busty, I would maybe pick this as a back up dress, as it is fairly low-cut in the front. And, it bears repeating, this dress wrinkles VERY easily, so have a steamer ready. I also had some problems with people stepping on the train, so maybe let others walk in front of you. :o)

I really loved this dress. I wore it to a rehearsal dinner over the summer, and got tons of compliments. One other poster commented that the yellow does not look the same in the picture as it does in person, and she is correct; the color in person is a little more mustard-y, but once it's on, you will forget about that. It can get a little short when you sit down, so if you're taller than 5'8 (I'm 5'9), it can be a little risque. I was sitting at a table with a tablecloth, so it didn't matter too much to me, but buyer beware. Also, best part, it has pockets!

Like all Herve Leger dresses, this is super sexy, and although it is less expensive than most, I would rent a different one given a redo. It was pretty baggy in the armpit area (you can see it a little bit on the model in the picture), and I had to keep adjusting it all night because the straps just felt too big. Maybe ordering a size down would've been a good idea, but the rest of the dress fit perfectly.

This dress was sooo pretty and it fit really well (make sure you order a size down, though; I'm normally a 4 and ordered a 2, which fit perfectly). However, like other reviewers, I found the sequins to be unbearable. I had to take it off after a couple minutes of wearing it around, and 2 hours later, my arms were still scratched up. If you don't have sensitive skin, go for it, especially if you want to stand out in a crowd. Otherwise, renter beware!
