I honestly should have probably sized down one. I normally wear a 12 but was concerned about the chest area. But very cute dress. Hits the knee and could be both work or going out for a dressy date appropriate.

The fit in the top was strange. It was too tight in the back but gaped on the sides that even tape couldn’t fix. I am 5’8.5” and the L was about 1.5-2 inches too long but I was hoping to get away with flats or a very small heel. If you aren’t wearing heels I would say order a R unless you are over 5’10”. I wish it would have fit properly, it was a beautiful dress.
