It flattenes the booty.
It's made to fit the proportional body type of the model shown in the photos. If you have any other body type, they're not gonna fit you. I went higher than my usual size and it fit me perfectly at the top around my waist, but the upper thigh and booty region were so tight it reduced range of motion.
