This was a backup dress for a black tie event, but I still wanted to wear it out and it's important to stay whimsical in life. So I wore it to walk to the local pharmacy and get my covid and flu boosters. Comfortable, flowy, fun to spin around in. Got a ton of compliments including from the delighted pharmacist. Also made meaningful eye contact with a little girl dressed up as Snow White.

I wore this to see the Bob's Burgers movie (hence the cheeky pairing of yellow Bob's Burgers socks) and a couple other times. I loved the color and the cut in the bodice. It's low-cut enough for some cleavage, but I was still able to wear a bra. The fabric wrinkles easily, but I didn't mind for this style and casual wear. Cute and comfortable.

I love Rebecca Taylor dresses and usually a size 6 fits me best (in other brands, I'm usually a 6 and sometimes an 8). I tried both size 6 and a 4 for this dress, and both looked good but the 4 was slightly more flattering. I love the print and the tie-waist style, and I thought about buying this, but there's one flaw: it's not well-lined and I needed to wear a slip to make it work-appropriate. If you own a slip that's the right length, I recommend it! I wore it with the Trina Turk Champagne Pep Jacket, also from Rent the Runway.
