Stunning Royal Purple
Compliment after compliment! The fabric is thick & luxe. The color is gorgeous. Only complaint is the zipper—as other comments mention, it’s hard to zip and I ended up wearing the larger backup size because I was getting dressed alone & the extra space made it easier to zip alone. Stand out in this purple gown at your next black tie event!

Dazzling
The dress is very comfortable and the sequins are gorgeous. But this dress doesn’t hide much - I wish I had worn Spanx to smooth out my stomach area.

Unique Neckline for Black Tie
Gorgeous & forgiving dress for a black tie affair. The heavy weight of the dress makes it look and feel so luxurious. The slit is not too high and allows free movement so you are never restricted walking or dancing. The color is a cross between House of Colour’s Marine Navy & Kingfisher for other HOC Autumns looking for a blue gown!

Beautiful Blue for Black Tie Wedding
This dress is gorgeous! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the zipper. There is NO way I could have zipped this alone. It was a serious struggle for my husband to zip it. I typically wear a size 6 but this dress is so forgiving in the hips and legs that I wore the size 4. The top of the 6 would have been a little loose on me, but even with the extra space, the zipper was still a struggle. The color is a perfect match to House of Colour’s Marine Navy for any other HOC Autumns searching for the elusive blue!

Awkward Fit
The top of the 4 fit me fine, but it looked too tight around my stomach & hips. I needed the size 6 for my lower body, but then the top was gaping on the sleeveless side. I had to pin it to keep it up on top. I didn’t love it with tights but it was freezing, so I wouldn’t recommend this dress in cold weather.

Holiday Dream
This dress is perfect for holiday events! It looked great without tights, but paired well with black tights when it was cold outside. Flattering fit with some stretch in the fabric.

Amazing Dress
The perfect dress for semi-formal winter events! I never thought a brown dress could look so elegant, but this dress is stunning! So comfortable & flattering. There wasn’t much difference between the size 1 and 2 when I tried them on, so I went with the size 1 for a slightly more fitted look.

This dress is fine - nothing awful, nothing special. The cut of the neckline & sleeves can make it awkward for photos, but the material feels so sleek and nice, and the print is prettier in person!

Perfect summer dress!
Rent this dress! It was so comfortable, fit true to size, and photographed well! Even in a June wedding in the South, the material didn't feel too hot or heavy. One of my fave rentals!

Tight & short
This dress was much shorter on one side than I anticipated. I sized up just to have another inch of coverage of liner on my leg. I'm small chested and the chest area of the dress was still constricting - even with a lot of extra room where the zipper closes on the side. It's a gorgeous dress that photographs well, but the sizing is tricky!

Perfect Spring/Summer Dress
Perfect mix of dressy and casual for an outdoor spring wedding. I usually wear a 4 but the top was too tight on the 4, so I wore the 6 instead. I have broad shoulders but small chested, so I don't usually have trouble with dresses being too tight on top. The 6 fit perfectly and it was so comfortable all night!
