It’s full sequins!
Somehow, I did not realize that it is a full sequin dress from the pictures lol! It’s really beautiful, definitely formal. Fits great. Like all sequin dressed, it’s scratchy on your arms on the sides of the dress.

Loved BUT they sag when worn
There’s just no way to prop them up because of the way the back is designed, so they hang down at a 45 degree angle. It worked ok but would have been so much prettier if they were vertical on the ear so you could see them.
