Tiny buttons
I couldn't wear this item because the bottoms at the back of the neck are very tight-fitting. I wasn't able to close them.

Great if you have a narrow rib cage
This was a backup dress which I didn't end up wearing out. I was able to put this on and zip it, but could hardly breathe. The pattern under the breasts is very narrow and I have a larger ribcage, therefore it was very uncomfortable. Had the ribcage been more comfortable, I would have had to pin the v-neck area since it was too low for a family wedding.

Colorful and Unique!
This was a beautiful dress! I loved it and had a great time at my brother's wedding in it. My only con is that it is a little big in the bust area, so it fell a little low on the side that didn't have a strap. I got both the 6L and 6R, I choose to wear the 6R only because I knew I would be in flats most of the nights. If I was going to an event where I wore my heels all evening, I would have worn the 6L. I say this dress runs a little small because I am usually a 2 or 4 in most dresses from RTR.

This dress is just perfect!
It was comfortable but fitted, there is a lot of stretch in the fabric so it moves right along with you. It allowed for dancing easily. It is also a nice thick fabric, so it felt very solid and warm (I wore it in late November).

Amazing color and comfy fabric. Be careful about the fitted waist though, could be a deal breaker.
I loved this dress, it is such a great color. I wore it to work and then on a date later on. I have a slightly larger ribcage so the middle fitted area is a little tight on me. If you have a larger waist/ribcage, you might want to be careful about that area. Because it hits me right at the bottom of my ribs, it makes it look a little too wide. Not bad enough that I didn't wear the dress but something to mention for others. The arm holes are also a little high for my taste. I personally hate my arm fat by my underarms and this dress pushes into that area a bit. I was wearing a blazer with it though so it wasn't an issue. Overall - great dress just have to know your body.
