Cute if Smaller
I would have liked this dress a lot if it had been a bit smaller in the torso. The material was quite reminiscent of a trench coat, so that was an interesting touch. Its a slightly lighter green than in the picture (though not much). I didn't end up wearing it, as it sort of swamped me in the arm area, but think if I had sized down more that it would have been a winner for brunch or work.

Very Prim
This dress honestly seemed a lot more stuffy when I actually tried it on than I was anticipating from the model's photos. I didn't end up wearing it other than to try it on because I felt frumpy in it because it seemed a bit oversized in the shoulders for me. It would probably work wonderfully for a work event or if you are quite modest in general though if you have the right shape for it.

Better for Taller People
I never wore this because when I put it on, I vaguely resembled (and felt like a) pilgrim. I think you have to be more statuesque than I am in order to make it look good. Had I been about 3" taller, I probably would have adored it. The material is very heavy, so it drapes nicely.

This is HUGE
I never wore this because to say this was oversized on me is a complete understatement... It swam on me to the point I could almost comfortably wrap it around my body nearly twice. It was so laughably large that my 6'2", 170 lb fiance jokingly tried to put it on (and was actually able to comfortably do so) and it didn't look the least bit out of place on him. Super disappointed because it is pretty cute on the hanger.

Odd Fit for my body.
Fit well in the bust, but was really loose in stomach area. Probably would have needed a xs for this to work on my lower half, but then would have been too tight in neck/ chest likely. Didn’t end up wearing it.

Amazing!
I literally had a group of women stop me on the street and ask who the dress was from, so I consider it a success. It fit wonderful, was super comfortable to wear, and looked great.

Super cute throwback style dress.
Extremely cute dress. Very 50's/Donna Reid look. Had a ton of complements and really stood out from all the black dresses. The only reason I would have sized up is because it was very fitted across the black part of the dress and the zipper seemed to stick in that area, which made it hard to zip.
