Feeling very uncomfortable in my body 1 year post-partum I needed a dress to a wedding where I knew I would feel very self-conscious at the best of times. This dress fit the bill! Not only was it flattering to my still squishy belly, but it was overall a very classic look. It didn't scream: ooooo she had a baby recently, or she's pregnant! It looked like a classy LBD.

This dress fit on the larger size especially in the bust. I had trouble with the lining as some of the other reviewers have stated, it did not cover my butt and the shear skirts became very see through when I stood in the light. I might have been ok if I wore pantyhose or something to provide a little more coverage, but as it was I felt very exposed. Aside from that I loved the asymmetrical skirt, it was longer than it appeared in pictures which was perfect for me since I am usually struggling finding skirts long enough. I ended up wearing a back up dress, but for a less formal event or given time to find the proper foundation garments I think I would have really loved wearing this dress.

This was a dream to wear, it skimmed my waist and hips without clinging. I'm rather small busted, so I used an adhesive sticky bra which worked well. It isn't as long as some of the other long dresses I've worn. It just skimmed the floor in my bare feet and with heels it looked a little short to me. However! I was very happy it was slightly shorter than the typical "long" because the event I wore it to had a lot of walking involved and I appreciated not tripping over my skirts.

This dress was so pretty, but even in my bare feet there was no way this dress would be long enough for me at 5'11" and heels were completely out of the question. I wore the other dress I had ordered and like all my other RTR experiences it was amazing. Other than the length though this dress fit like a dream and made me feel like a Bond girl! A bra probably would have been challenging but not impossible.

I wore this for a formal where I'd need to be walking a lot! I'm glad I wore heels because this dress is long! But thats great! I never find formal gowns long enough. I got so many compliments felt so beautiful, for once I wasn't worried about how I looked because I knew I looked great! The top was a bit loose on me, but nothing double sided tape and a padded bra couldn't fix.

This was the first dress I've EVER worn that was actually too long for me even when worn with heels. I ended up wearing the highest pair of heels I owned and still ended up carrying the overskirt over my arm so that I could walk without triping. I liked that I didn't have to worry about it slipping off my shoulders because it zipped up on the side with the strap. I got so many compliments and I felt like a queen in this gorgeous gown.

It took a very long time to do them up without help, I would recommend having a buddy around to help. The dress was flattering and was perfect for the dinner party I wore it to. I'm glad I got the larger size as a back up, but that might have more to do with my love of chocolate than the dress being too small :)
