I rented this gown and another one as back up to attend my husband's Marine Corps Ball. I ended up wearing the other dress, but this one was beautiful. The 8L wasn't available, so I got the 6L and 10L. The 6L fit, but was pretty snug... and the piece of fabric on the right shoulder was not the same as in the picture. This dress had the same straps on both shoulders. The 10L fit much better, but was very fitted on my butt. The dress is heavy because of all of the sequins.

I ordered this dress as my back-up dress but did not end up wearing it. The fabric is very heavy and clings... which is fine for anyone has a perfect body! But, I do not. It showed every little imperfection in my stomach and butt. No good! It was pretty, but not the right dress for me. Length was just right on me with short (2") heels.

I rented this dress and the CARMEN MARC VALVO Lifetime Love Gown, but decided to wear this one for a Marine Corps ball in Vegas. The dress is more on the modest side, which was good for me. It is snug in the bust area (I'm only a 34B). It fit very well, but was still forgiving for an imperfect figure. I wore with short heels (2") and it was the perfect length.
