Great lines and beautiful detail
I love this dress, but it definitely requires a LOT of fashion tape if you plan to be moving around! I ordered my usual size (8) and the 10 just in case. The 8 fit perfectly, but the clasp in the back was a bit broken, so I ended up wearing the 10. I used two rows of fashion tape along the bust since it was fairly loose. I highly recommend this approach :) The material is great and the gold detail is really pretty. Lots of complements all evening. I will definitely be ordering this dress again for a trip to Vegas!

Beautiful AND comfortable!
I wore this dress for an Oscars party and really liked it. The only issue I had with it was the waist area, which had extra fabric in a twist. It is ideal for people that might like to cover a problem area--if not it adds some extra bulk to smaller waists. This dress would be great for outdoor events or cooler areas--I was indoors and the material did get a bit hot!

I LOVE this dress, but the top is a bit tight. I suggest you go one size up if you have a larger bust! Beautiful otherwise--might rent again in the proper size if I have another occasion!

Backup that I didn't use
I selected this as a back up to the Rebecca Taylor Meteor dress and didn't end up needing it, though I did try it on. The bust was a little strange and puffed out around the sides in a way that I didn't feel was very flattering for my body type. It is a great color and beautiful material, so I wouldn't discourage others from renting it!

proportions a little off
I ended up ordering this as a back up style and not wearing it because the other dress fit much better. I loved tbe fabric, pattern and halter style, but the dress was just a little off for me--the top was a bit tight, the bust a little loose and the dress too long, so it made me look a little stumpy. At 5'4", that's NOT what I'm going for! I think this dress would be great for thinner framed (and taller) girls, since there is a significant plunge and the top tends to run a little tight through the ribcage for bustier girls!

Beautiful, comfortable and flowy! (caution if attending an outdoor event!)
This dress was very comfortable and stayed up fairly well for a strapless dress (even without tape!) I got a 4 and a 6 and ended up wearing the 4, since the 6 would not even stay up. Might have actually even gotten away with a 2 if I had ordered that. My only caution is that the dress is VERY flowy, so if you are in a windy city for an outdoor event, be aware that the top layer WILL fly around and can be difficult to contain!I wore this dress for two separate events--an outdoor dinner in Golden Gate Park (which is where the wind was an issue) and an indoor tea. It's a very special dress and I would love to own it!

FAVORITE DRESS
I ADORE this dress. Nothing to complain about! The bust was a little loose, so consider renting your usual size and then one size down. Tons of compliments, very comfortable and very twirly for dancing :) I wish I owned this dress--I'm sure I'd find plenty of events to wear it to if I did!

Pretty dress (a few set backs!)
I liked this dress a lot and got plenty of compliments, but a few things to consider if you are renting: 1) the dress is a bit long, so be sure to have HIGH heels even if you rent a regular length...I am usually a 4 inch + girl for heels, but the dress was still a bit long (yes, even for wanting the dress to make you look taller by skimming the ground). Also, make sure you have someone there to help zip you up...this zipper is a bit tricky and tends to snag on the chiffon!

LOVE this clutch!
I was not expecting a lot (I am not a purse person at all) but this clutch turned me around. I am considering buying one from the designer so I don't have to keep renting this one! Great color and the perfect size to fit ID/credit card, cash, phone and a couple makeup touch up items.
