I am typically between a medium and large. This was humorously large on me. The arms started in my elbows.

Top/straps gaped
I am usually a size 8-10 and have a large chest. The straps gaped in a way that I couldn't fix without tailoring. I'm not sure if a smaller size would have fixed the problem, either. Otherwise, pretty dress in lightweight fabric.

Bright colors but not the most flattering
This ran large, and wasn't flattering around the hips. The top was also a bit large, and probably could have used some tape, but I was on vacation and didn't have any.
