Size up.
Way too small. I am typically a 2 but can usually get away with a 0 and this was definitely too small. The band came up above my chest.

Seemed a bit large but the belt made it look alright. It was a tad on the large side. It's a true army green, although some monitors almost make it look like a yellowish brownish color. Many complements. The slits at the sides come apart when you sit so be careful sitting at work. Will rent again or buy.

Glad I read the reviews and went a size up, because the bust would have otherwise gaped (I am 32 D). The waist was a bit large, but overall a good tradeoff. The zipper was really, really sticky so you may need help zipping and unzipping. No stretch or give in the fabric, so size accordingly.

Definitely runs small. I am a size 2 and rented the S, and it was very clingy. I wore it with boots and leggings for work and it still ended up looking a bit too "sexy" for the office environment. One star off for the sizing.

I am a size 2 and the size 6 fit well with some room to spare. The bust did gape open but nothing a sports bra wouldn't fix (I am a 32D/34C). It was a comfortable, easy dress to wear. One star off for anomalous sizing.

Really pretty, easy, simple dress to wear, but runs a bit large. I rented the 38 and am normally a size 2 and this was a bit roomy. Lace detailing and pleats and moderate length make this classic for work - I am 5'7" and it was longer than it is on the model.

Wore it with dark jeans. Color is great. Sweater is stiffer than expected but still easy to wear. Fits large and sleeves are long (I have very long arms) and can be folded up if needed.

I went with a size 4 after reading reviews that it fit a bit small. The 4 was slightly too big, and wouldn't stay up. I did not wear it, but would consider renting the 2. It was very comfortable.
