Gorgeous dress; lots of compliments!
I rented a size up as I'm pregnant and was showing early (typical second child). This dress was perfect; nicely fitted, but not tight, on the top and loose in the skirt. I received so many compliments on this dress and will happily rent it again, I'm sure.

Slightly boxy fit, but terrific when styled right
I loved the look of this dress online and thought everyone wore it great in pictures. On me, it felt it was a bit boxy (I tend to be petite in my upper half as I have somewhat narrow shoulders), but I balanced it out with a somewhat fitted leather jacket and then added black tights and booties. I liked the slightly short fit and the fun grommets. I'd be happy to own this dress and may consider renting it again.

Such a fun dress; highly recommend it for any season
I ordered this as part of my unlimited subscription and wore it to work; I loved it. It has a great fit and flare shape; a nicely fitted bodice, on me, at least, and then a generously flared skirt, but not overly voluminous. The design is fun and I got a lot of compliments about it and people asking where I got it, etc. I wore it with black tights and a fitted black, collarless leather jacket. I'm wearing it with either pointed black flats if I want to look more casual or platform ankle-strap pumps, if I want to look more pulled together (it's Friday, so a bit of both throughout the day).

I liked this shirt. It has more interested details than many button downs and it draped nicely. It was comfortable and casual. I wore it twice: once with slightly cropped black Theory pants - shirt left untucked as I was feeling comfortable -- and once tucked into a full midi skirt. I liked it as an easy go-to option for quick dressing. I tend to order smalls in most labels, just in case, but I happen to know I wear an XS in Equipment. I find they tend to run a tad bit large usually, so would recommend sizing down if you're on the fence. Then again, I'm clearly a pear shape with more narrow shoulders than hips.

Great design; slightly fitted elements
I loved the design of this dress and found it to be a fun outfit to wear to work with black tights and a fitted leather jacket -- it's squarely fall weather where I live. I thought the neck was a bit tight, so I left the top button open for comfort and I found the hips to be a bit fitted, such that I wish I could have cut the pockets out.

Cute skirt with a generously sized waist
The skirt is made of beautiful, supple leather. It has a raw hem, but it sits nicely, so it's not obvious. I found the skirt to have a wide waist, such that it sat relatively low on my hips. This was preferred as, otherwise, it would be a rather short skirt (and I'm only 5'5, but I was wearing this to work). The looseness of it makes it preferentially worn with a fitted top to, in my mind, give some waist highlighting.

dream dress
i am madly in love with this dress and am contemplating buying it as the thought of sending it back is making me sad. i found it to fit true to size with potentially a slightly long waist, though it could have also been the way the print fell. i wore it twice and, the second time, added a thin black belt, which i quite liked. i wore it with the rebecca minkoff blush wes moto blazer and loved the combination of the sheer floral print with the perforated leather. i highly recommend this dress for anyone who loves (1) fit and flare, (2) ladylike styles and (3) quietly sexy details.

Interesting design and well-made shirt.
I'd definitely say this runs true to size and would avoid sizing up or down. Another reviewer mentioned it ran large, so I went with an XS, but wish I had selected a S. Based on my inaccurate sizing, I cannot say I wholeheartedly love this shirt, but I'd be willing to give it another try at a later time (loving the Unlimited subscription).

Compliments galore
I quite like this skirt. It fit comfortably -- no stretch, but not skin tight, so somewhat forgiving to my curves. I do wish it would come in more in the waist, but it's tricky to hide one's hips and highlight one's waist without being skin tight. The color is beautiful and I got almost nonstop compliments from men and women -- coworkers and strangers. I'd be tempted to buy this skirt, except that I do not feel I could get away with wearing it all the time, given that it's so memorable. It does feel pretty versatile, though.

love this jacket
I rented this as part of my unlimited order and do not want to return it. it's very comfortable and has a great fit; i especially love that the sleeves are not full-length and how soft the leather is. it can easily spice up basics and is a neutral enough color to go with many things. i honestly may purchase it.
