Gorgeous, fun dress!
Loose up top and tight in the waist. I have a large bust so the loose top wasn’t super problematic but if you’re carrying any baby weigh in the middle size up! 12 was a good fit I’m a usually a 8-10 depending on how the bust fits.

Nice casual blouse for summer.
Great shirt. I typically wear a large in Equipment Slim fit blouses. My hips currently measure 39 inches and the shirt just fit. Color is a nice neutral.
