When random girls are stopping you at a party with 500 people to compliment your dress, and you're still getting comments a week later, you know it's a good one! Definitely stands out, and the color/sparkles are noticeable without being overwhelming and garish. I am 5'9" and wore 4" heels, and the long was perfect, regular would have been too short for that heel height for me. Sequins are scratchy but tolerable. Did not have trouble with the straps as others mentioned, but I also have broad shoulders and could see how it would be a struggle if I didn't. Tried on both with spanx and without, and the material/sparkles are forgiving enough that it disguises problem areas with dazzle. Felt a bit like it flattened my chest and gave me a bit of a barrel look, but not so much that it prevented me from wearing, just tried to be cautious in picture angles! Am usually either a 6 or an 8 depending on style, and 6 fit perfectly, 8 could have still worked, but would have had a bit too much extra material. Would rent again, very fun dress to wear!

As others mentioned, the shirring in the back makes for a stretchier fit, so definitely size down if you're on the fence (depending on style I can wear either an 8 or 6, this one the 6 was almost too loose). The skirt is EXTREMELY sheer, for evening events likely fine, but would absolutely need a slip in daytime, unless you're feeling daring! I am 5'9" and tried on the long with 4" heels, and was still tripping on the fabric, I think regular length would have been fine. Overall, a very pretty dress, but I did not end up wearing as I knew I'd be dancing and had some slips during my arms over the head jumping test at home! Skirt looks beautiful when walking, dress sat just a little low for my liking (I also have a longer torso, so likely cause).

Beautiful dress, but ultimately ended up going with the other one I had rented (Up to No Good Gown). This was my first RTR, and it was a great experience! This color is difficult to accessorize, is more of a pink/bronze/champagne than it looks in the picture - rose gold was the best color accessory I found to work with it. Depending on styling, can look a bit matronly, but is definitely an attention grabber, and I wasn't sure I wanted to be that girl. I vary between a 6 and 8, this 6 fit perfectly (other rental by same designer could not zip the 6, 8 fit!). Very pretty, and different, but you will absolutely stand out, so be prepared!

At a party with several hundred people, a gay man walked straight up to me and said, if I could be any girl here, it would be you. Priceless!! Received tons of compliments on this dress! Was my first RTR experience and I will definitely be back! Can sometimes wear a 6 (ordered another dress by same designer -Glitz Gown, 6 fit perfectly), but this one was not even close, 8 worked perfectly. Very secure, could hold my arms up and jump, and the dress didn't budge! No room for a bra, but bust of dress is very forgiving. Wore heavy chunky jewelry to make it less serious, dress was comfortable all night. Heavy, but not bad, you will not be able to get on by yourself!! No joke!
