I rented this dress in a 16 and 14 - went with the 14. The 16 was way too loose and was hanging off my body. The 14 was very body hugging, and while it was a little too snug for my liking normally, it was definitely more flattering than the 16. The color is exactly as you see in the picture - bright and fresh. Wore spanx & a strapless bra, but probably didn't need to because the dress really accentuates your best curves. Received lots of compliments at my work holiday party! Would rent again.

This dress is gorgeous. Hugged me in all the right places. Loved the drama of the off shoulder and drape. I received compliments all night! The color is gorgeous and you will definitely stand out from the crowd. I'm only 5'2 so it was a little long for me, it was past my shins. I am normally a size 12-14 and had to size up to 16. There is some stretch but the 16 felt more comfortable.

I really loved how this dress looked on the model. But my waist is not well defined so I tend to pick outfits that help with that area - and this dress just did not work. You completely lose your waistline with this dress. Would not recommend unless you're slender with a more defined waist.

This was such a cute dress - but it didn't fit my full bust. I rented a 14R and normally wear a 14. It fit my waist perfectly, didn't work for my chest. Works for smaller chested girls, but beware if you have a full bust - it is low cut so you'll be spilling out (and not in a sexy way)!

I originally rented 3 dresses for a wedding - and none of them worked out. Luckily, the wedding was in NYC, so I went to the Flatiron location a few hours before the wedding. to exchange my rentals for another dress. This coral dress in size 14R was the first dress I tried on, and it was absolutely perfect! The way it is cut really accentuated my curves and gave me more of a waistline. I did have to wear spanx, but it hid my stomach problem area very well. I was also still able to wear a bra with it (even with the cutout opening in the back). The length was perfect for my 5'3 frame and 4" heels. I would definitely rent this dress again! If you have a full bust, this dress will definitely give you the sex appeal you want. ;) I love that RTR has the flexibility to let me exchange my rental if it didn't work out. Totally saved the day!

This gown hugged my curves in all the right places! You'll need a little help zipping up, but once it's on you'll feel nothing short of magical wearing this dress! I received compliments all night at my cousin's wedding. I rented a size 14R and I got lucky because it fit me perfectly. It did push down my bust-line a bit, so I wonder if a 16 would have been better if it were available. My backup dress was another Marchesa Notte dress, and I ended up wearing the 16 in that to the rehearsal dinner. I'm only 5'3 so I was worried about the length, but it was perfect! - almost as if it was hemmed for me! I wore a 4 inch heel for most of the event and the dress fell just right to show off my gold shoes. When I changed into flat sandals to dance - no one even noticed! If you're taller than 5'3, then definitely get the Long version of the dress. I was worried at first that it would look "bridal" because the photos make the gown look cream colored, so I actually asked the bride for her ok before I rented it. When it arrived, I was happy to see it was more blush toned than cream. I love love love the lace that surrounds this dress. It's classy, romantic, and made me feel so elegant! I would totally keep this dress if I could!

This was supposed to be my backup dress for a wedding I was attending, and I ended up wearing this to the rehearsal dinner. I received so many compliments during the rehearsal and everyone wanted to know where I got this dress! The embroidery detail is amazing. The dress flows more on the model, but on me, the inner lining hugged my curves and the tulle overlay did flow. I rented the 14 and 16 - and the 16 fit me best. The arms are a bit snug, as some reviewers mentioned, but I only noticed it at the end of the evening. I'm only 5'3 so the dress fell a little below my knees compared to above the knee like the model. Other than the tight arms, I think this dress was absolutely divine! I would buy this if I could and would definitely rent it again!

This dress hugs your curves in all the right places. It was a little difficult to put on (I needed help from 2 friends to zip me up) - but once I was in the dress, it was like a complete transformation - waist, bust, hips, legs all fell into place perfectly. I wore the XL and I am about 190 lbs. The length was perfect for me and hit me mid thigh (I'm 5'3). The v-neck is a bit low cut, so if you are busty and not comfortable with displaying your cleavage, then this dress might not be for you. I wore it for my friend's bachelorette party and received compliments all night long. It felt comfortable yet completely glamorous! I would totally buy this dress if I could and will definitely rent it again. Wish they had it in other colors!
