It is suuuuuper small. I have never had a problem with a choker before...ever. I got it to close but it was so tight it may as well have been a cat collar. I wish it had fit because it was so delicate and would have been a great accessory for the dress.

Don't let the picture fool you, it was a beautiful shade of green. The length was appropriate for different occasions. The cut outs on the upper rib area were unexpected and such a perfect detail to break up the sheath dress. The high neck line was complimentary to the collar bone. The best part was allowing the dress to speak for itself with simple shoes and accessories!!! I lovvvvved it....even contemplating buying the dress.
