Fantastically flattering Khaite dress
This looks a little plain on the model but is really flattering in person. The 4 fit me but was tight across the bust (it really flattened my boobs) and in the arms. The sleeves kind of slid off my shoulders a bit too. Still, it looked stunning. I might try renting again in a 6.

Off-white bat wing Victoria Beckham midi
I have been obsessing over white dresses recently and couldn't resist this one despite the lack of reviews and only one photo. First, the dress is actually off-white, which is fine, just a bit different than expected. I have a hard time figuring out my size in VB so decided to go with the 8 (US 4). It actually fit really well although I had trouble zipping up the last 2 inches or so. If I'd had someone to help me I could have done it;-). Fabric shows every line, so I needed a slip.

Great black cotton Co. dress
Loved this! I should have (and will in the future) ordered an XS because everything from Co is an absolute tent on me. This is weirdly shapeless but very flattering when belted. And it has pockets! Because the fabric is heavier cotton and there is so much of it, it did bunch up a bit when I belted it. But I will absolutely rent again in an XS.

Charming white Amanda Uprichard dress
I *never* buy/wear white, but there was something about this dress that I found irresistible. I loved wearing it. It does run large, but I didn't find it boxy or shapeless. The details are adorable and I felt like someone out of a Victorian novel. It *is* pretty sheer, so you definitely need to wear a slip with it. I've rented this twice now and am tempted to buy.

Even though I rented an extra small, this was so big on me - it hit the floor. Adorable and super fashion forward, but not quite for me - at 5'4" large scale prints tend to overwhelm me a bit.. For taller ladies, it's super cute.

Terrific Baum und Pferdgarten mesh dress
This was terrific. I'm self conscious about body con dresses, so I sized up on this and was pleased. It was fitted, but didn't pull across my chest or under my arms and it hid my problem stomach area perfectly. Super comfy and flattering.

Fun striped Tory Burch skirt
This was so fun, comfortable, and flattering. I'm usually a 2 in skirts and the extra small fit, but I'll probably try a small next time. The waist band was pretty tight, though not uncomfortable, and it showed every curve of my stomach. It didn't look bad, though, especially paired with a slightly longer top. The length on me was a tiny bit awkward: not knee length but also not quite a midi. It looked much better with heels. As others have noted, the primary color is navy.

Oversized black Proenza top
Since I'm busty, I was a little worried that this would read a little maternity on me, but it was actually cute and flattering. Even though it's oversized, I found the arms and shoulders a little tight. I wish the side tie cinched a little tighter, but it still gave it a bit of shape. I ended up wearing it twice: once with a knee-length skirt and once with jeans.

Purple twist front Prabal Gurung dress
This midi dress with a v-neck was easy to wear. There is a hook closure at the front, but it continually came unhooked, so I wore a camisole underneath. There is a tiny bit of stretch- the fabric is polyester, which I thought made it seem less $$ than it was. I normally wear a 2 or a 4 and while the 4 fit, I think the 2 would have been okay too. Pretty color and print; with cami + cardigan it went from work to dinner easily.

Easy to wear burgundy Sea New York midi dress
This embossed dress was cute. I'm 5'4" and this was longer than a midi on me. I'm also short-waisted and I thought the elasticized waist came up a bit high on me. I ended up belting and it looked better. I also thought the cut of the sleeves hung a little funny on me, although the shoulders and bust seemed to fit okay. I don't know that I'd rush to rent this again.

Classic with a twist striped Khaite sweater
Super cute take on a Breton sweater. Soft and cozy Merino wool. Very fitted torso with puffed sleeves created a flattering silhouette on me. I definitely should have ordered a medium! The small fit, but I felt like I was wearing Spanx on my chest! Plus the neck hole was a bit small, which made taking it on and off a challenge. Will definitely rent again in a bigger size.

Flattering and unusual Goen. J wrap dress
I loved this! The super thick and cozy structured wool was perfect for winter and was really comfy and flattering. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the armholes were cut incredibly low and wide. ANY bra will show with this, but the good thing is that it looks brilliant layered over another top ( I wore a turtleneck). Also, the fabric does add heft at the hips. I thought about purchasing and will definitely rent again.

I didn't like this as much as I thought I would. I rented a 4 since I am busty, but I should have sized down- it ended up looking a bit boxy/shapeless on me. The color and fabric are lovely, and I liked the collar and the sleeve detail. It was fine but I'm not in a hurry to rent again.

Edgy & confusing striped Koché top
This one one of the oddest things I've ever put on my body. Even though the 40 technically fit me fine, it was so difficult to get on and off that I thought I might have to call 911- not kidding. There is no stretch to this whatsoever and the neck is SUPER tight. Also, I love a statement arm, but the shoulders were huge and sort of triangular and pointy; and the stiff ruffles down the arms were weird and simply didn't lay right. For the bold and flexible only!

Behatibut big Tanya Taylor dress
This navy and white dress was so lovely but ran really big on me. I'm usually between a 2 and a 4 and Thus was big in the bust and waist. The waist has a *lot* of stretch and the top was big even on my busty frame. Definitely size down! The fabric and design are both gorgeous. Would maybe rent again in a 0.

Fun and flattering
I normally wear a 4 in Proenza dresses and guessed I might wear a 2 in a skirt. The 2 wasn't available so I went with a 0 and crossed my fingers. It actually fit perfectly! A 2 would have also probably worked. The waistband sat right at my natural waist and flowed nicely over my stomach, which can look a little round in certain styles. There's no stretch to the fabric. The skirt flowed beautifully and the pattern/details are just lovely. Would rent again.

Comfy and fun winter dress
I liked this- my first foray into Tory Burch. The dress runs big and has some stretch: the XS was a bit blousy on my 32DD chest. The waist hit in a flattering spot and I didn't need a belt to cinch the waist. It was a bit long on me and I felt the print was a bit to large for me, but I got a lot of compliments. It was definitely a comfy, easy to wear dress for colder weather. Might rent again.

Small and stiff
This sweatshirt is super cute but didn't work for me. It's actually a heavy, stiff fabric- if you're looking for a slouchy, cozy sweatshirt, this isn't it. I ended up not wearing: it fit quite small on me (I had difficulty getting my head through the neck hole!) and its stiffness made it a bit awkward and uncomfortable. Also, I hadn't noticed this in the online photos, but there is a small but prominent MSGM logo on the back, which made it less appropriate for my office.

I was swimming in a 2!
I'm usually a 4 or 2 in dresses, so I went with a 2 in these, since I have narrow hips. They were literally falling off me. Otherwise they are super cute, high waisted, in a soft, cozy material. I liked the little details: buckle at back waist, slits at lower leg, etc. They were less 'slim fit' than I thought. I'm not sure these would even fit me in a 0, though.

Not my favorite Proenza, but still pretty great
Size 4 Proena dresses normally fit me perfectly. This one seemed to pull a bit in the bust, although that could have been because of the pleating that begins under the bust and runs around the back. The neckline is also pretty low, although the bow covered my chest and made the dress modest enough for work. This was also pretty long -definitely a maxi on me, and the skirt was really voluminous. The length, volume of the skirt, and large print made this not my favorite dress, but still cute.

Really different and fun
I absolutely loved this- very different from my usual all black. Like most Opening Ceremony, it ran big, but didn't feel overwhelming to me. Would definitely rent again.

Weirdly innocent and tawdry all at once
I love Jonathan Simkhai, but this was a miss for me. The fabric is wonderful: a charmingly heavy cotton eyelet. The fit of this was strange, though. It's quite short with a super low v-neck that I was absolutely busting out of. The rest of the dress was quite voluminous - the sleeves felt huge and a bit unwieldy. The empire bust, bell shaped skirt, plus ruffle made it feel sort of baby-doll-ish.

The size 4 fit me perfectly: if you're small-busted, size down. This was so flattering: modest enough for work but perfect for a bender or party, too. It's a little thin for winter temps, but would be great for spring or fall. Would buy if it were cheaper.

A real workhorse
Online I couldn't tell if this was more cocktail or work appropriate. It ended up working for both for me. The ruffled sleeves definitely make a statement but the color/fabric made it suitable for my office as well. Really flattering fit. I usually wear a 4 or a 2 and am glad I rented a 6. Would rent again.

I thought this ran a little big - next time I might size down, although the 4 was fine. I have a short torso, so I didn’t think this was the best style/fit for me, but I got a lot of compliments on it at work. The long sleeves were perfect for chillier weather, and it was super comfy. Not super flattering on me.
This wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t super flattering on me. I felt like it was too big (especially in the bust) but it also a bit too short for me to wear to work. I normally love these easy-to-wear, throw it on and go types of dresses, so this one was a disappointment.

Super fun to wear
I accidentally rented a 10R. Despite the fact that it was probably 2 sizes to big, this looked fantastic once I tied the wrap. It was almost ankle length on me, and the sleeves were long, though they stayed in place when I pushed them up. The keyhole opening was a bit low, so I wore a cami underneath for work, but went without when I wore it to a dinner party. Gorgeous colors and fabric - it was heavy enough to be a nice transitional piece for fall. Will definitely rent again in an 8 or a 6.

I normally hate anything with branding or logos, but this caught my eye. 44 was the only available size- if I were to rent again I would go down 1 size, maybe 2. This is a thin knit - I wore a camisole under it 1 time, and a long sleeve t-shirt another time. A nice classic with a twist.

Sizing confused me
The notes said this was British sizing, so I ordered a 10 (I'm usually a 4 or 6). It was really big- definitely closer to an American 10. The shoulders/sleeves folded/flapped over in way that was unflattering. Beautiful color though and a shape that seemed easy to wear. I might try in a smaller size.

A nice surprise
I accidentally rented the 8 instead of a 6 or 4 and thought this would be huge on me. It was at least one size too big, but belted at the waist it looked really cute. As others have noted, material is a bit shiny, but it was fine at my office. Fabric is also only printed on one side, which makes it seem a little less $. Otherwise it was super comfy and fun to wear. Would rent again in different size.
