Eye-catching color
I had high hopes for this dress and really wanted to love it. Everyone commented that it looked beautiful, but I personally wasn't over the moon about it because the fit wasn't perfect. I wished it had been more form fitting. I typically wear a 2 or 4 but wore the 0L, which still felt slightly baggy in the waist. I tried it with and without a belt -- ultimately went without it because belting it caused the fabric to bunch a little. Despite the sizing running large, the length runs short. Very glad that I got the 0L. I was skeptical that I'd need it, but for this designer, I would recommend that anyone over 5'5" get the long. Overall, I liked the ruffle and the bold color. Those two features are what probably made it eye catching to others, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are going for a va-va-voom form-fitting look.

I got this dress as my backup and didn't end up wearing it. It seemed too much like I was trying too hard to get attention in a tight red dress. I wanted something sexy but in a less obvious way so I didn't go with this one. Note -- this Herve Leger seems to run smaller than others I've tried.

Be different - Wear a Little Brown Dress
This dress is HOT! It hugs every curve and provides little room for forgiveness if you've been lax about making it to the gym, but once you get zipped into this dress (you'll need a friend to help you), you will realize it was all worth it. Tell him to wear a bib because he will be drooling.

Felt like Jessica Rabbit
I loved this dress! All night, people told me I looked like a Hollywood starlet wearing this dress -- very classy, old school charm. It looks a bit more risque than I felt wearing it, but that's probably because I knew everything was well-secured with double stick tape. Expect attention if you wear this dress!
