Wish this came in petite
The length/proportions were not ideal for a petite short torso frame.

Puffed sleeves
The puffed sleeves are very pronounced! Maybe because I got one size larger than my regular size b/c that''s all that was available at the time. Regardless, it looked ridiculous on me and so I didn't wear.

Runs incredibly small
I sized up from a 6 to a 10 based on the recommendation of other reviewers. The top fit but was so tight! I can't believe how small this runs. Should have tried the 12.

Great tailoring but get ready to sparkle
Loved the cut of these pants, but was not prepared for the amount of twinkle and sparkle. Perhaps I could have gotten away with this at an office holiday party but for a work dinner or even a workday, it just felt over at the top.

Runs large?
I generally find this designer's pieces to run small so I ordered an eight, which is not that far off from my normal 6. Perhaps it's because of the velvet material that this felt like it ran a little larger than expected. I might have liked it more in a six. In the eight it just was shapeless and made me look thicker than I am.

Loved how easy to wear and roomy this top was. The sweater is a little itchy and quite warm. Wore it with the matching skirt, but could just have easily have worn it with jeans or trousers.

Fantastic skirt! And very cozy. I would have bought it if I lived in a colder climate where I could get more use out of it. It with the matching top for a classic and polished look.

Beware the stretch
Loved these pants. They make quite the statement. As others have cited, the material stretches out with wear and by the end of the day, the pants had lost their shape. I might try a smaller size to see if that mitigates the issue.
