Show stopper
I loved this dress! Way different than anything I have worn before and I got tons of compliments. The 8 was very stretchy so I pinned both sides to make it fit tighter so I didn’t need a bra. The dress is so stretchy under the arms that I could put it on without unzipping it. Because there’s so much volume in the sleeves and skirt I liked it better more fitted through the bust. This was a really fun dress and required minimal adjusting even with lots of dancing.

Pretty dress looks best in smaller size
I didn’t get any good photos this time. This is a pretty dress, but is starting to get a little tired. This would have looked better on me if it was tighter through the hips and body but I couldn’t go smaller because of the way it fit in the bust and rib cage. A little hard to zip so I zipped it in the front, then turned it around and pulled it up. Because it wasn’t very tight on my rear, the material buckled a little. The straps also fit much better in the smaller size.

Beautiful and unique
My daughter wore this to the prom (she was a sophomore going with junior friends). Absolutely gorgeous dress and very different. She tried the small and it would have worked because there is so much stretch but the xs was much more flattering and the length was better--closer to knee length in the s. The info above is for me--my daughter is 5'8", usually a size 2 in a dress, or small. Very thick scuba type material so I think it would be very flattering even if you aren't 15!

Fun dress--got lots of compliments
When I first tried this on I thought it was too short but the feathers made it wearable by kind of blurring the hemline. No bending and I took the stairs kind of sideways. I later saw that the pictures I from the other reviewers were all on shorter women--my fault for not noticing. But if you have nice legs this dress will show them off nicely! My husband loved it. This was a little roomy on top under the arms but the 6 was way too tight in the hips. The dress has some stretch everywhere except where the feathers are stitched. Feathers shed quite a bit so I don't know how it will hold up over time.

Fun to rent something totally different
The 6 and 8 were almost exactly the same size under the bust/around ribcage. I think any kind of bra would show in the cut out so I didn't wear one which wasn't as flattering on me but didn't ruin it. Perfect for an afternoon more casual wedding in warm weather. Loved it with my orange wedges and I wore an orange cardigan when it cooled off in the evening. Longer than I expected and I'm 5' 7". It's completely lined so it hangs nicely. The back pockets were a little droopy and the hem was coming out of one leg so I used hem tape to fix both. Really cute and different than the usual dress.

Perfect Dress
I rented this dress for 8 days because I had two different events to wear it to. I wore the larger size (6) for a performance of the Nutcracker that my daughter was dancing in. I wore the smaller one (4) for my office Christmas party. Both fit fine but the 4 was a bit shorter/sexier. The photo is of the 6. There is an attached nude slip underneath and it's shorter than the lace. That means that you show quite a bit of leg. Fine standing up but when I sat down I was glad I had my napkin over my lap at dinner and my shawl in the theater.

Made my legs look great!
My original dress was damaged and couldn't be sent. RTR sent me two other dresses instead and this was one of them. Lots of stretch in the bodice so a 6 might have been better but the 8 was just fine. Very fun dress with the short tulle skirt. Almost a baby doll style which is why I have my hands on my hips in photos so I have a little more definition. A normal bra didn't show at all. Tons of compliments and everyone wanted to know about RTR.

Pretty dress and easy fit
I rented this to change into from my bridesmaid dress (which was long and formal and not good for dancing). I chose it because it was the same color as my bridesmaid dress and it looked like it would be a safe bet fit wise because it isn't very structured. If you are between a 4 and a 6 you probably want to go with the 4. I could have used a piece of fashion tape under the arm to attach the dress to my strapless bra but it worked out o.k. If you are smaller busted (A or B) and young enough you could definitely get away without a bra because of the draping. Really beautiful dress. No pics yet but I'll post if I get a good one.
