The waist is appropriate for a size two (26 inch waist exactly), but the cut of the dress has far too much fabric above the belt. I'm assuming it's due to having a short torso, since a 32DD bust should not have an issue filling out the bustline. I'll be returning it without wearing it, sadly. Aside from that, the dress is pretty, and the fabric is quite heavy. I would recommend this as a fall or winter piece rather than spring or summer.

The necklace truly is stunning - the chain links are like that of a more slender man's watch, which settles into your neck and helps distribute the weight comfortably. It's not too heavy or overwhelming, which I was concerned with, considering I have tiny shoulders and a large bust. If you're going out in the evening with indoor lighting, be advised that the blue gems look quite black, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. This is quite a statement piece; I advise wearing it with a solid-coloured outfit and to avoid patterns that may make your ensemble took too busy.
