Wore this for a summer bridal shower, and it was perfect! Fit true to size, and the material is much lighter than what it appears in the picture- it's more of a textured crepe than actually having texture associated with the print or knit. The material is light and flowy, perfect for its length, and the ruffled arms were flattering and comfortable. Length hit me mid-calf (I'm 5' 6") and looked good with high nude heels to add some height. I have a long waist and thick rib cage, but the waistband did not bother me at all. Would rent again, and definitely recommend.

Have had my eye on this dress for a long time- got it as a substitute for a summer bridal shower when the original dress I rented became unavailable. I typically wear a US size 4, but they only sent me size 6, which fit comfortably and not too snug. Probably could have fit into the 4, but suspect this dress runs a little small (particularly for larger chests). The fabric and cut were gorgeous and extremely flattering on an hourglass shape, but I opted not to wear since the brocade was a little heavy for a July event. Would recommend for a spring/fall event, and definitely intend to rent this another time.

Wore this for a casual spring wedding at an amusement park. Colors were vibrant, material was forgiving and extremely comfortable! I was able to wear a normal bra with it, which was a plus, and the cut out in front wasn't very flashy given the busy print, but did make the dress unique. I don't have six pack abs, but that wasn't a problem. Length was good with 3.75" heels.

Rented for my office's annual holiday party that's open to our law firm's clients, and wore it under a suit jacket. The print, while jacquard, wasn't overly sparkly and remained conservative and appropriate for the occasion (which skewed more professional formal than some of my friends' holiday parties) and the color was gorgeous!. The length hit me right at the knee (5' 6" with a long torso) which was perfect, but also made me take smaller steps than normal. The fit was overall true to size, but be aware- those with pear or hourglass shapes may have a little trouble shimmying it up to use the restroom as the material has no give.

Wore this dress to a black tie wedding last summer and felt beyond gorgeous/sexy/polished. The color is brighter than pictured, and in real life looks more cobalt than navy/purple. I was worried about length (I'm 5'7", was wearing 3.75" heels), so I got sizes in long- it turned out to graze the floor instead of hit at the top of my feet, which made dancing tough once I took off my shoes, especially since you can't really hike it up or hold it in your hands. I ordered both a 6L & 8L but ended up going with the 6L sans spanx and was able to go bra-less even at 34D. The fabric isn't stretchy, but is thick enough to forgive your flaws. Other reviewers suggest the slits are very high but I disagree- if you can wear a mini skirt, you can wear this dress. Highly recommend this one!
