This was a great dress for a black tie affair! I felt very elegant and comfortable all evening
After reading lots of reviews I decided to get and 8 and a 10 . I have put on some weight this past year so I probable wear a size 10 in an everyday dress. As the reviews said it runs large. I found the 10 to have too much length in the bodice and the chest area. I wore the 8L with spanx it looked nice. IT WAS VERY LONG... I am 5'9 and I wore 3 inch heals and it was dragging all night. Even if you're tall and you wear heels I suggest the regular length. The material around the chest was also very generous so definitely rent smaller!

This dress was too short but I had another style in two sizes thanks to RTR, and it was great
They only had a size 10 and from the reviews I would have preferred a 12. It fit well but was really short. I am 5'9 and even with flats it would have been too short. But it was gorgeous!

Once again super customer service from RTR
I rented this gown in a size 10xl and 12 xl I normally wear and 8/10 but after reading reviews thought Id better go a little bigger. First of all I am 5'9 and wear 3-4 inch heels with all my gowns, the XL was wayyyy to long. Secondly I am a 36DD . The 10 was too tight in the chest and the 12 was ok in the chest but too big everywhere else and it just pulled down on my breast. I do not suggest this dress if you have implants.. this dress needs breast that can be shaped and poistioned to follow the stays and the preset shape of the bodice. So I shipped it back Friday morning and called to get a replacement, it arrived Saturday AM by 11. That dress was great and all was wel,l once again with my RTR experience!

Amazing as always! RTR came through again!
I would typically wear a 6 or 8L and the 6L was perfect. There was plenty of material in the chest but it stayed in place nicely with the tape. As mentioned in other reviews there was no belt so I used a long black ribbon instead, and accented with black jewelry and pumps and it was perfect. I am 5'9 and wore a 3 inch heel and the long was just right! This dress is more purple then wine color. It is very easy and comfortable to wear. I loved it and recieved many compliments.

Anothe great dress with RTR! Loved this gown, I held my own in a ball room FULL of glitzy gowns!
I typically would wear an 8L so I got the 8 and the 6. As other reviews had mentioned it did run large and the 6L was perfect. Some had mentioned the long was too long... I am 5'9 and only wore 3 inch heels and it was perfect. As others mentioned the zipper on both dresses was a bit challanging but I think its because its made so well with the ruching and the nice lining.. I also found this dress fit nicer without a bra or body spanx.. I just wore spanx hosery. LOVE RTR wll be ordering again soon for a March wedding!

I was very pleased overall.The dress was really high quality.Having 2 sizes to chose from is key!
A friend recommended this site to me and it was everything she said! From the ordering to the returning it was so smooth and everything it promised. This dress ran a little small in the bust so I had to go one size up but It looked and felt great all night and I received many compliments! The long length was perfect with 4 inch heals.
