Company holiday party at the American Museum of Natural History!
I love how this dress looked and made me feel (glamorous!). The dark color looks black in photos, but in proper lighting it is a dark navy blue. I paired it with a cropped black blazer from Topshop, since it was a bit cold out and it went perfectly. If I were in a brightly lit area with this dress, I would have tried to find a bright cobalt blue blazer instead. I had to buy body tape just in case I wanted to take my blazer off. The back was a little loose when my arms were down, so it caused a little slouchiness that could be fixed easily with tape. The medium would have been a perfect fit but it wasn't available on the dates I wanted. The large fit well, but was a little loose on my shoulders, which are already broad. There is some lace that makes its way inside the dress' darting which causes it to be a little itchy. If you can find a slip that won't be visible with the open back, I'd suggest wearing one. If not, no big deal, it can be overcome. (: Overall, this dress was a success. I danced all night and didn't fear it riding up on me.

I ended up not wearing these since I bought similar earrings from H&M, but they look good in person and would match any outfit. I'd probably wear them on a daily basis!

This bag looks just like the photos, so there's no false advertising there! The chain was broken on the one I got, but it was no problem since I barely had it on me. If you're picking up in store I'd suggest checking it before leaving to make sure you don't get the same one. I was able to fit lipgloss, my license, a credit card, some cash, and my iPhone 5s — sans case — perfectly (the 6 and 6plus might be unable to fit). If you need to keep keys on you, I'd suggest taking them off your keychain. Those of you with large fobs for car keys might have a tight squeeze.
